Six-Step Process For Districts and Schools

Six-Step Process gives you and your teams a process to solve their biggest problems, quickly seize opportunities, and create a clear plan of who will do what by when. This process aligns teams and puts an immediately executable plan in hand. Use the Six-Step Process with individuals, teams, and your organization to work through the biggest problems and challenges or develop new initiatives.

District and School Strategic Planning

The strategic planning program will help your organization ALIGN from top to bottom by creating a clear strategic plan. The strategic plan starts with the overall vision, values and standards, strategy and focus, culture, long-term goals, and short-term goals, and then is developed into weekly alignment meetings, pre-week planning, and daily focus and execution.

Student and Team Leadership Seminars

Student Leadership and Team Seminars are customized depending on the age, level, and type of program. Student leaders, student-athletes, coaches, and advisors are targeted to build the leadership capacity of future leaders. The content includes personal an team visions, goals, accountability, and a team relationship contract.

Do What Matters Most Educator Series - One-Day or Two-Day Seminar

Based on the research of Becoming Your Best Global Leadership, The Do What Matters Most Training covers the three highest performance habits you and your team can use to prioritize time, increase performance and productivity, and truly accomplish What Matters Most. Vision, Roles and Goals, Pre-Week Planning, and an introduction to Team Visions and Goals are introduced in this seminar. The Two-Day seminar includes the complete training of Do What Matters Most plus principles from the series Becoming Your Best Global Leadership. Additional principles covered in the multiple-day seminar include Character, Accountability, and Trust. An additional benefit to the Two-Day Seminar includes up to 2 trainer certifications to train in-district facilitators.
